Reporting to the Head of Accounts, the Junior Account Manager (French-speaking) will drive the success of Wine Lister’s marketing and communication clients, devising and executing strategies to increase their brand awareness on a global scale. This will include supporting several client accounts and managing key relationships across the industry.
Position: Junior Account Manager
Location: Victoria, London (39 days of remote work per year, including up to three days abroad, following the completion of a six-month probation period)
Start date: January 2026
Salary: £25-28k per annum, depending on experience

Account management
Manage day-to-day workflow across client accounts, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups are completed on time, liaising effectively with clients
Prepare client updates, meeting notes, and reports, while maintaining accurate account records and calendars
Monitor progress against account plans and ensure a high standard across all client-facing materials
Marketing & communications
Coordinate the execution of marketing, PR, and communications plans across client accounts
Draft and adapt press materials, newsletters, invitations, and other communications in French and English, supporting with campaign roll-out
Monitor and report media coverage, campaign performance, and market feedback
Manage relationships with journalists, critics, and media partners, ensuring consistent brand messaging throughout
Relationship building
Develop relationships with importers, distributors, restaurants, collectors, and other key industry stakeholders
Represent Wine Lister and its clients professionally at tastings, trade fairs, events, and meetings
Lead generation & retention
Support client prospection and retention, identifying opportunities to win new business and renew existing accounts
Present Wine Lister and its services to key players across the wine industry
At least one year’s hands-on experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or events organisation (in-house or agency)
Excellent organisational skills, including being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
Proven ability to generate exciting and memorable campaign concepts
Experience creating high-quality visual assets and proficiency in using PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
Native-level English and French desired
